You can drive, but at a top-down view with the mouse. It's really not that great.

Yes, at Force India. The Hulk, I believe, is a shoe-in at Ferrari. His quali today has really helped his chances, out qualifying Massa and PDR I doubt Hulkenburg beating Di Resta by half a tenth (due to PDR hitting traffic in S2) will sway Ferrari's decision much. I reckon it will already be a done...
