Just saw the end of the press conference. Lewis was asked a question abut the relationship between him and adrian.

Re: Is Ricciardo good enough for the other RBR seat in 2014?
Depends what you think he is good enough for. If we are talking about going there and becoming the undisputed number two to Vettel and being occasionally a front runner then yes I reckon that he is ready, but if we are talking about him being good enough to fight for the championship or to win mult...

Re: If the drivers are going so slowly....
The undercut really. If you pit one lap earlier then your team mate and there is 3 pitstops, you've already created a 10-15 second gap probably more. That's why we keep seeing team mates drop of after the first round of pitstops.

Re: Canada 2010
People seem to have very short memories. In 2011 there was lots of generally flat out racing, mainly to try in vein to catch Vettel. The Mclarens at Turkey 2011 were definitely flat out! Personally I think the 2011 tyre's were just about right. Drivers could push pretty hard and not destroy there t...

After a bit of searching I managed to find a extended highlights of the race (For mods, it's hosted on BBC website so it is legal). Just thought it might be relevant after todays race, as this is what Pirelli were asked to do apparently. There seems to be a huge difference between what was asked for...

Re: McLaren - too late for 2012 car?
It's a silly suggestion. Even with the use of the DRS enormously cut back from 2012, the 2013 McLaren was exactly as fast as the 2012 one was in qualifying at Bahrain. There'd be absolutely no point. It'd (if it was modified to comply with the 2013 regulations) be slower. The McLaren would of been ...

The thing is other then the pull rod suspension to the 2013 car doesn't have a lot for 2014. If anything the 2012 car was better as it didn't have the high nose.Seanie wrote:The other teams would have moved forward, the might as well stick with what they've got and try and understand it for 2014...

Re: Five place grid penalty to Hamilton for gearbox change
It's a disgrace really. I support a limit to the number of gearboxes and engines as it does not lose the teams much pace but cuts the costs by a huge amount. However when a drier gets a gear box penalty from a KNOWN problem with the tyres (button and max) it's just disgraceful really. If anything Pi...

I think with button is although he seems a nice enough guy of the track, he doesn't want to admit that anything was his fault. Let's face it have you ever heard him say it was his fault for anything that has happened on track. He even struggled to say it was his fault for the setup issues last year,...
