Re: 2017 Singapore Grand Prix Race Thread
Can't believe Ferrari have tweeted that was max fault. Mugs, vettel screwed up big time but he won't admit it. Bet Hamilton couldn't believe his luck but after that he drove superbly in difficult conditions where his natural talent shines through. He may not be the best all round but he is the bigg...

The only "schooling" has been the Merc pitwall making a show of the Ferrari pitwall To be fair I'm not even sure of that. Re: 2017 Spanish Grand Prix Race Thread
Oh, if you want to go down that road, Vettel had completely schooled Hamilton before the latter got a helping hand by Bottas and then the VSC. Without those two things which worked heavily in Hamilton's favour, he wouldn't have had a prayer. He needed outside help to get where he is. Couldn't do it ...

It's called racing and top drivers are allowed to alter the width of their racing cars, Vettle schooled Lewis, just as he schooled Botas whom has come to the flaming end of his Spanish GP.

Verstappen didn't do anything I didn't see from a number of drivers in the race without complaint. Lots of people were defending in the braking zone into the chicane. Only Verstappen gets mentioned. The which hunt is getting ridiculous. I don't see any of the other drivers on the grid moving direct...

Nope, completely legal move. Drivers are allowed one move to defend and one move back onto the racing line. As much as people whinge there is no requirement for drivers to complete their move before braking. If Verstappen is capable of hitting his braking point and defending at the same time withou...

I don't think Damon Hill ever had one interestingly. Hamilton also had one of his biggest shunts in pre season testing for 2008. Alonso also pre season last year in Spain Jenson Button, Monaco 2003 Perez, Monaco 2011 (same place as JB) Damon had a few... https://youtu.be/CkR_reZQNZ0 https://youtu.b...

A few that I think will probably never be broken: Oldest to start a race: Louis Chiron started a race at 55; this will never happen again. Oldest winner: Similarly - but more so - Fagioli at age 53. You never know, may be a chance that one of the Mercedes boys could be sidelined for contact in the ...

Rosbeg made the corner by braking longer in a straight line. 1 serious question for Giedo van der Garde: why would you want to drive for a team that doesn't want you to drive for them in first place? Because he is desperate to be an F1 driver.
