Criticism of Lance Stroll
I am fed up with all this nonsense of him not deserving a Formula One ride. Sure enough his father's wealth did fund him throughout his career so far but he has also proven himself to be a talented driver; 2014 he won the Italian F4 championship; 2015 He was Toyota Racing Series champion in New Zeal...

Re: 2017 Monaco Grand Prix Practice & Qualifying Thread
Don't count out Mercedes yet, they usually deliver an extraordinary performance on qualifying day. The team with the best strategy will win on Sunday. I believe it will be Mercedes, Ferrari or Red Bull. It should be an exciting race; hopefully topped off with the final 1/3 of race in the wet.

Re: What did Vettel say about Alonso?
Vettel is an ******* idiot; he is a child, doesn't get his way, Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! Everyone, please read Mark Webber's book about his Formula One experience, stint with Red Bull & Vettel as team-mate is particularly interesting, explains it all.

Re: Hamilton 2017
Lewis will be driving for Mercedes in 2017. Formula One is a team sport, Lewis did his job but the rest of the team let him down by not providing reliable machinery to defend his title. If this trend continues in 2017, I believe he will move to another team for the 2018 season; Ferrari?? Kimi only h...

Re: Hamilton: "why me?"
Conspiracy theory is not ridiculous. The Manufacturer is mainly concerned with winning the constructors' championship; Mercedes winning the championship was never in doubt; Mercedes is German; what better way to promote product in Germany than having a German Driver as champion. Mercedes seems to be...

Re: Rosberg V Hamilton Crash Debate/Poll [MERGED]
Rosberg has now admitted he made incorrect setting selection and was down 160 hp; he should have let Hamilton through; a true team player would have done so. Closing the door when Hamilton was already alongside; Rosberg knew exactly what he was doing. he is 43 points ahead, if Hamilton had won, Rosb...

Re: Ricciardo Vs Verstappen - Who will come out on top?
Verstappen, Marko has to justify his decision to promote Verstappen.
Ricciardo was justifiably peeved with the 3-stop strategy since he led most of the race.

Re: 4 Races In - Who's Going to Win The Championship?
Obviously, Rosberg. Unless Rosberg has mechanical issues similar to Hamilton's, he is a shoe-in for the championship. Hamilton has won the last two years; Mercedes is a German team and Rosberg is a German driver, enough said!

Re: Will Alonso be back in 2016?
Yes, Alonso will be back in 2016. However, if the car is not competitive within 3 to 4 GP's, I believe that he will walk away from F1; and I would not blame him, he is too talented a driver to be wasted for another season on a totally uncompetitive car like McLaren-Honda.

Re: Hamilton having a rough week...
Sure, he has had a rough week, however, he was still as quick and at times quicker than Nico. What's the deal about Nico dominating the pole for the last four or five Grand Prix. Hamilton has still beaten him on several of these races. Sure Nico has won back to back races (Mexico & Brazil) but Hamil...

Re: Lewis: Merc were ‘extra warm’ to Rosberg
Lewis had every right to question the tire change since he is the driver and the car was handling fine, no problem in his assessment. Was the fix in? Is Mercedes trying to mollify Nico's obvious anger over Lewis' win in Texas? Nico's loss was his own fault, he screwed up, his loss was not due to the...

Re: Which Schumacher Records Will at Least be Equalled?
How can anyone surpass Schumacher's fake record of championships and wins Many of his race wins and eventual championships were given to him through team orders when his teammates backed off to let him win. There is no point to any driver trying to equal his number of championships. There may be a d...

Re: The state of f1 at the moment
The state of f1 today, cry babies! all teams had the same length of time to prepare for the rule change, one team obviously spent more time and effort adapting to the rule changes and developed a superior car. This is what F1 is all about. Red Bull has not been complaining over the past four years' ...

not surprised by Vettel, ignoring team orders and overtaking his team mate. Or is it Sebastian Schumacher?

Re-Assistance of Vettel to Championship
I have not seen any discussion about all the help Vettel got from other team members and others in gaining his 6th place finish to win the championship. First Mar let him through, then Toro Rosso team driver offered no resistance and his buddy , idiot, highly overated Schumacher moved over to let hi...

You've got to be kidding. Red Bull would be better off shooting themselves in the foot.
The best team for Schumacher next year is the retirement team. He retired once and he should have stayed retired.

Why are so many predicting Schumacher to win in Canada. I sincerely hope not since I will at the race again this year. Schumacher should pack his bags and leave the seat at Merc open for one of the younger more deserving driver, i.e. Di Resta Schumacher has had his day and many of his wins were only...

I hope not, I'd like to see Lewis or Kimi win. Lewis is long overdue for a win this season and Kimi has been very impressive in his comeback with Lotus.
