It seems that the collapse in car sales prior to Covid19 has been significant. https://www.planetf1.com/news/mclaren-facing-insolvency/ McLaren is facing massive financial loses as the Group has sold less than a third of its McLaren road cars in the first quarter of this year compared to last year. ...

Stronger and more robust tyres for 2017 are a necessity due to the reg changes and expected speed increase. Given that Apples automotive ambitions are electric , Formula E would seem a better fit for them. Sorry for the probably obvious question, but what's the iplayer loophole? Simply put, the current BBC licence fee only applies to OTA ( Over the Air) live content and does not apply to "off air" digital content. If you only ever used your TV to watch DVD's you did not need to pay a licence fee - th...

BE does not put something "out there" without a reason, this is typical Bernie PR where the real message is not always the headline. If Alonso is to blame for something, its for out-driving the car and placing it higher than it should belong, therefore he makes the Ferrari team think that their car is not as bad, and so the they don't work as hard as they should. The general public perception of this is that BE has paid the mother of all bribes to settle this situation. This is from non-F1 fans and as they say perception is all, despite the fact this is a legal option within the German justice system.
While this may be good result for BE its not good for F1.
