Re: 2025 Junior Series
As some who hasn't really followed WRC for 10 years and last paid attention 20 years ago, it hard for my brain to differentiate between Kalle from his father when I hear the name Rovanperä. The slow demise of the WRC since the early 2000s is one of my great motorsport heartaches. A bit like the BTC...

Kalle Rovanperä will drive in the Japanese Super Formula series next year, in preparation for a full F2 season in 2027 8O https://www.instagram.com/reel/DPlJ-bhDOTR/?igsh=eDlwaWpsOW9oY2M2 Very exciting. Super Formula is a tricky series. If he does well there I can see him doing damage in F2. He see...

FRECA Hockenheim: Deligny wins from De Palo and Giltaire, all beating Slater. Is that a dig at me? :) Where did Slater's teammates finish? In respect to the race itself we had half a race, 2 SC's then called off because of the rain. If you feel that even reporting a race result is a dig at anyone, ...

Stroll was driving around many seconds of the pace with 30-40 lap old softs - and no one could overtake him. What an anti-racing track.
Brilliant idea to make it a sprint weekend for 2026.

If Hadjar gets a fair chance, I can see him holding up his head. I can see that. Although plenty of hopefuls have tanked, I think he can make it if he gets a fair chance Well, most of them were midfielders rather than real prospects. Hadn't seen this posted yet. Other than Monaco, I can't imagine a track being worse for a sprint race than Zandvoort, and Singapore (Hungary would be on par with those two). Also the first year in which Brazil doesn't get a sprint race. I was fine with Interlagos being a sprint fixture. 19678763214...

While I sympathize with your point of view, I have to disagree. Indeed the sporting regulations are where the rules should be and if someone can't be bothered to write down the rules in a precise and consistent manner, then that person is simply not up to the job. I am of the minority here that fee...

Norris is just not a smart driver. The only way you lose to Piastri is if he undercuts you, and then he had a slow stop. He had the choice of pitting first and willingly gave that up. Madness. If I were Piastri I wouldn't have given up that place tbf hes not smart outside the car either Why?

Ferrari with show laps in free practice but in reality nowhere.

It would be weird he would be 5+ years older than most and with 8 years in Indy! I don't know if the suggested thinking behind that rumour was for him to get more relevant experience or Superlicense points. Either way it would be odd. I can't see GM giving him a stake. Certainly not at this stage anyway.
