Re: Should Verstappen get a penalty for his overtake on LeCl
There is an entire generation of F1 fans brainwashed to think that every little incident needs to be penalized. True. Yet the worst part is that the younger drivers tend to cry "foul". Hamilton did it in Canada, Norris today and Leclerc after him. Pussycats, crybabies. But at the end of the day, ev...

Re: Red Bull Performance 2019: Renault vs Honda
I'm going to say a very slight improvement on where they are now, in other words still not regularly racing Ferrari/Mercedes but massively ahead of the Formula 1.5 battle behind them. I also think that reliability will be an issue, and by the end of the year Max is going to be causing problems by b...

I think they would take that to be honest, it would justify their decision. Then they work on reliability from there.Alienturnedhuman wrote:I can see Red Bull 2019 being like McLaren 2005.

Red Bull Performance 2019: Renault vs Honda
Given all the speculation about whether Red Bull will gain or lose with the Honda engine next year, just wanted to see what the consensus is here. Do you think Red Bull will improve or decline with the Honda engine next year? Personally I'm voting for a slight performance gain. I think the Honda eng...

Tyre Rules with the 7 Compounds
I am curious to see how you would all prefer tyre regulations to be setup for 2018 (lets pretend this is possible). I think the poll options are fairly self-explanatory. The only main flaw I see in the options is whether or not the qualifying rules with Q2 compounds becoming race compounds would nee...

Why not just deduct some points? I agree. They can keep their grid spot thereby preventing races from becoming artificial and the fastest drivers are still up the front. Put a points price on each extra component used at the start of the year. I can see how this would be unpopular with casual fans ...

* Driver performance varies from year to year as drivers are human and have things other than F1 going on in their life. * Drivers having a life outside of F1 is acceptable if they are meeting the teams expectations, I don't expect every driver to be obsessed with it 24/7. Not sure if its just me but Ill add another one - the cars actually seem to oversteer and slide into corners if you are too aggressive on entry in 2017 which didn't seem as prevalent in 2016.
Only played it for 3-4 hours but its a great game from what I can tell.

I voted 8 but that's based on comparing them to the previous regulations.
