Re: Hamilton vs rosberg. Part 265

Anyway New press statement from Lauda saying he has been misquoted and Hamilton in no way caused any damage to his private drivers room or a hotel room. So that's that one. Didn't happen. Then why did Lauda say he was present, and that Hamilton is the one to pay for the damage, and that the peace a...

Re: 2016 Monaco GP race thread

I do love that if Hamilton wins it's "all luck" and everything went his way, but Verstappen wins last week after two cars crash out and his team mate is pulled out of the way by poor strategy its genius and a masterclass. To win in F1 you need both the skill and the good fortune, which Lewis, Max an...

Most drivers on the grid have had a good share of bad luck this season already, except Nico. He's having a glorious start to the year. Maybe Grosjean has had a good run, but he got tagged in China I think. I can't think of anyone who's not had something afflict them, which is how F1 is :) just Nico'...

Aeroscreen. Thought it looked horrific in the first couple of pictures, but in action it looked ok and more effective than the Halo. With the teams styling and sculpting it as they no doubt will as they refine the idea, it will look good and most of all bring added safety.

In case anyone is wondering how Rosberg's title chances are looking... Hamilton can now trail Rosberg to a Merc 1-2 and still win the title. Crikey.
Bad weekend for Nico after such a good news week for him.

Monza must stay, and be made about 15 minutes longer. I'm always excited to see it, and then disappointed by how quickly it is all over al little over 75 minutes. Went for Perez. Forgot about Sainz, went about his business and achieved a great result considering his starting position. Great drive. It is typical of the Mail to start a 'hate' story under the guise of being a promoter of rights. I thought his race pace was pretty decent today, but could have made shorter work of coming through the pack. Seemed to be more a case of cars making errors in front of him which gave him a slightly easier pass. But, not everyone can be an incendiary overtaker. His race pace though, pretty decent, e...
