Re: [Tin Hat] Renault, Red Bull, Webber and Vergne
Unless Ferrari offer him a seat, I reckon Mark will bow out. Can't see him resigning with Red Bull after the way he was shafted in Malaysia. Agreed, but I think they may want a veteran at Lotus if Kimi left to go with a young buck like Riccardo, Romain or JEV, so he may get a call to go there. But ...

"From 2009-2012 Lewis was a WDC calibre driver, but McLaren simply did not allow him to be so. Again, only 2011 was Lewis to blame for lack of success." Granted you have blamed Lewis for 2011. With or without 2011, Lewis and Button are very evenly matched. 2010 Lewis 3 wins , Button 2 wins , points...

Re: Hamilton fears for his legacy
What you are really looking for is "Vettel". You want Lewis to be "Vettel", like Lewis would be deserving that more than any other driver on the grid, including Vettel himself. T here can be only one best machinery/team at the time. Blame the Goddess of Fortune.. or Lewis' karma.. But not other peo...

I did not change the debate you also said mentioned 2010-2012 as a period where Lewis did as a good job as he could. Lewis wasn't able to keep up with Button and Hulkenberg in the rain, the only reason he got back to contention was the safety car erasing 45 second deficit to leaders.... I did not c...

2 races Abu Dhabi and Singapore. Of course he would manage a podium at Australia. There McLarens qualified 0.75 sec over the Red Bulls. In the race forgot about Button, he was outraced by Vettel. Re: Hamilton fears for his legacy
Lewis deserves little blame for 2012, I see no reason why it was his fault he was not WDC, for my money he was better than Vettel and equal or not far of Alonso. The reason why McLaren won as many GP's in 2012 is because weekends when McLaren did not mess up, Lewis took full advantage and maximized...

You never know what the future may bring. What if MB quits? It's smart as long as it works out somehow. If not, then it is stupid. Anyway. It is not about Lewis being smart or not smart to leave. Who's blaming him for 2012? I'm just saying that 2012 car was excellent... nothing more and nothing less. Its tied into his legacy 2012, as I have said his performances at times were outstanding. 2012 the car was fast, but supported by a team of cowboys and could be unreliable. That cost Lewis, not...

Lewis losing the "sure" title due to his embarrassing pit lane blunders, is legendary. He got the perfect car from the team. But he blew it. I guess simply what I am saying is.
I attribute bad luck and outside problems (team failures/car) to attribute around 80 percent of the reason why Lewis has not won a WDC since 2008.
The remaining 20 percent is due to his doing.
