Re: Lewis Hamilton's next team will be...
No chance he leaves Mercedes until he retires. Stranger things have happened but I realistically can't see anywhere for him to go to. Red Bull is the most desirable seat and when they won't hire him in 2011/12 as a 26/27 yr old superstar they are not hiring him anytime now as a 39+ yr old. Neither ...

Re: Bad Stuff Piquet Has Said
As an old fart that has been around since the time he won the WDC, Piquet has always been a bit of a dick. Given where F1 races now, the sponsors they allow, how preachy are we going to get about a former driver's comments, no matter how heinous?

I think they are picking the ball back up. I hope they do and I hope Red Bull fix their reliability issues. Having Ferrari, RB and Merc fighting up front would be awesome.

Steiner said that Fittipaldi is "first in line" for Mazipane's seat. But I would think a driver with some sponorship dollars would be given serious consideration.

Of course it should and Dmitry Mazepin and all his ill-gotten gains should excluded from the sport. He is one of the original post-Soviet Oilgarchs and part of Putins inner circle. Mazepin senior is in this up to his neck. It's a lousy track anyway.

Re: Abu Dhabi 2021 - How has it left you feeling?
My first F1 race I attended live was in 1978, there have been many controversies over the years. F1 is full of them. My thoughts on the season finale are that I will miss Kimi, I am not the least bit interested in lawyers getting involved whom the champion will be, and I cannot wait until next year....

Re: The PF-1 Forum "Stewards" would like to remind you of some of the rules ahead of Abu Dhabi
Here's the problem, Charlie Whitting is gone and Masi is not the answer. The teams are pushing him so hard and he is not standing up to them. Granted Charlie left big shoes to fill, but Masi is falling short. The teams don't respect his authority and will take any opportunity to push him. Sad to say...

First off, it is tragic for F1 to lose one of only three engine manufacturers. However, Honda has once again come back to F1 with an awful engine, rose to mediocre, started to show real promise...then they quit. Again. It is sad to see an engine maker leave the sport, but to heck with Honda. Stay ou...
