Re: 2015 Russian GP Race thread
I miss the race and come back to this... Anyway, Räikkönen is completely at fault here. There's nothing Bottas could do about an unexpected divebomb. Doesn't make me less angry about the situation, quite the opposite given that the divebomber is a world champion (perhaps the divebombed will be as we...

What made Bottas poor to be exact? He started behind and finished right behind Massa, despite losing some 6 seconds because of Massa having the optimum strategy. Unless you though Massa was poor as well? I concur. Bottas drove a stronger race than Massa yesterday, ultimately missing the podium due ...

Grosjean wins, great drive all around. Wouldn't vote for anyone else.
Verstappen made the overtake of the day and one of the season's best, but couldn't keep it clean in the final laps. Other honourable mentions for Kvyat and Pérez.

He could start by beating his team mate consistently. Or even more than 50/60% of the time would be a start. To be fair, he has started. The success of Finnish drivers has played a major part in making F1 popular here, but it really is a very popular sport here and Bottas would satisfy any and all needs for the home audience to see a Finnish driver (as long as there is one, it'll be a significant draw). While Finland isn't a part of ...

I don't think Vergne is out at all; contracts can be changed and you'd think there'd be a Haas clause in there. Him signing up for FE does make him look less likely with Gutiérrez as a very possible candidate - but who else? Rossi has to be one of the five, but they may want someone with experience....

Dan got himself into position to do the move at the next corner, if they did not make contact Dan had a DRS run into turn 3 and judging by how much quicker he was at that phase I am sure would have gone through. This thread confuses me. In what way does Ricciardo going for a non-existent space having dive-bombed with locked tyres (and run a very wide line) into the corner make him a "god" and Rosberg at fault? He was clearly behind at the corner exit (picture taken from a Reddit thread about said incident),...

Yes, it was. I missed the first part, who caused that huge accident? I really don't get it. Räikkönen does well in every single session apart from q3. Practice is promising, race is good, Q1 and Q2 are good as well, but nah, not Q3. Fourth is on the cards for tomorrow, but there's that podium that's needed.
