Re: Was that the best GP since 2011?
Bahrain 2014 was epic BECAUSE OF the race between 2 teammates And I don't understand how the other races mentioned in this thread are any different to Canada 2011 or Baku 2017. They all featured a Safety Car: Brazil 2012 - Rain; safety car Hungary 2015 - Chaos; safety car Valencia 2012 - Chaos; saf...

Re: Was that the best GP since 2011?
I seriously don't understand the love for Canada 2011 by those who thinks Baku 2017 is just a "comedy of error" show. Because Canada 2011 was also along the same line including the winner colliding with 2 competitors including his own team mate and a real long Safety Car and Red Flag period due to r...

Re: Vettel to be 15+ seconds behind 10th place after 1st lap
What is the tyre degredation level in this race???? Is it high, medium or low like India where softs last 30 laps. Also, as he is excluded from the qualifying is he allowed to choose any tyres or the same on which he has posted the Q3 lap time. Also, can he change engine and gearbox just to be on th...

Re: Most recent track penalties?
@Runningman Thanks for the correction. I want to know about something which I see on that link you mentioned, under AbuDhabi GP this was stated: - Pastor Maldonado (Sauber) Used engine outwith season allocation, 10 place grid-drop - Pastor Maldonado (Sauber) Ignored waved blue flags, drive through p...

Michael as commentator is not that much interesting, FIA should appoint him a permanent Steward for the whole season now that would be interesting.

Re: Where are the Kobaybashi threads?
Nothing Grosjean has done this season is even nearly as stupid as what Kobayashi did today. Sorry, but that's a ridiculous overstatement. I don't think so. Spa is the biggest crash he's been involved in but his mistake was to squeeze Hamilton a bit too tight (if you think he saw him) or to simply n...

Re: Is Fernando's run finally over?
He hasn't really been on it since Germany... ...yet since Spa he's scored more points than his main rivals. Care to explain how??? According to my calculation, Vettel has scored 43 points including a win in Singapore and a second place finish in Spa and retired from Monza. Hamilton has scored 25 wh...

@froze
And thats the whole point of this move is, just like Webber against Alonso last season at Spa, the same danger was their too.

The funniest thing how Senna was notified by his engineer that FIA is investigating that incident. His words were something like "They have seen what happened between you and Massa".

Re: Why is running out of fuel at the end of the race ok?
... so then all Ferrari needed to do back in Monaco 06 was make sure Schumacher didn't have enough fuel to make it to the pits  But in 2006 Schumacher has to qualify with the amount of fuel which he will use at the race start. So, not having enough fuel will means he will be coming in the pits...

Re: Who is Saubers new sponsor?
My first impression was Sauber's marketing department are just blabbering about their performance in Malaysia which was backed by their performance in qualifying here.
As it was certainly head turning for many but now I think it certainly is for some sponsor who is it, I can't guess.

Re: Driver of the day: Malaysia 2012 (with a poll)
I have also voted for Perez, that was some exceptional driving and also puts alot more pressure on Massa to perform or to change horses. Alonso was also good and so is Senna but one could expect from Alonso as he is one of the best and Senna was underpressure to peform so both deserves a hat off too.

Can't we have more then one, Alonso, Kimi, Perez, Kobayashi, Maldonado and Vettel are the ones who really stand out from this race. but just to pick one is way too hard. I would pick Perez to make the one stopper works again.
