Re: So did we enjoy it?
It wouldn't have been interesting for a casual fan and, australia being the opener, I hope a few new-comers aren't gone off off formula 1. If you take me as an example, my first race was Bahrain 2010. I still maintain that it was amazing. The new fan just sees cars flashing by. It's bloody thrillin...

I believe that the FIA tells the teams that anything they patent will be banned in the interests of competition. Remember it being mentioned before.

If they'd had a larger Tarmac run-off area at Tetre Rouge, Allan Simonsen would provably be absolutely fine; he would have spun harmlessly and then carried on. Instead he clouted the barrier with te driver-side door.

Just watching the Sky F1 show, and when they had an interview from one of the STR guys the logo-covered thing behind him had a Volkswagen logo on it. I haven't seen this before. An indication of the future?

Meteors very rarely actually reach the ground; They say they found a 6m wide crater, so clearly something did hit, but it was almost certainly a tiny chunk, though it would probably done some damage to anything man-made it hit. In all of recent history, I can only find reports of two people actually...

I always thought that it was really a joke; it's hardly racism (since when is having certain hair colour a race?) I've never seen anyone actually discriminate against gingers at all; it's sort of become the norm to make fun. Doesnt make it discrimination. I have to say that I find it funny how serio...

Marussia are probably losing about 1.5 seconds with that engine and no KERS They would be up with Torro Rosso with a better engine easily In modern F1 an engine is 3 tenths max. and KERS is usually about 4 tenths. No way in hell they're losing a second from an engine. The Cosworth was one of the mo...

I have absolutely no idea why you're saying Monza is so difficult... In F1 the braking to any hairpin off a straight is as challenging as Monza T1. And the low downforce doesn't make the fast corners harder. Unless you took off all your rear wing and then forgot about turning down the front wing... ...
