Feedback about the forum: Most of us use dark modes these days because we love our eyes. In dark mode, the blue box, and the grey background are hardly distinguishable from each other. Which often leads me to quote the message above or below, since I can't make out the boundaries of each comment. I ...

Re: 2024 Italian Grand Prix Free Practice & Qualifying Thread
Antonelli was pushing too hard too soon. But I don't really blame him. He's doing what the team gave him licence for. When they asked him what wing change he wants, he said he had "No idea", since he doesn't understand the car in-depth currently. Fair enough. Then why did Mercedes let him push on s...

Re: Rank the Drivers - Midseason 2024
No it's often not advisable with closely matched drivers, with Ferrari maybe it's a case of is Leclerc getting the job done. No driver gets the job done without having the car he needs. I don't believe that Leclerc can't get the job done, I'm more inclined to believe Ferrari would like the idea of ...

Apparently, Alonso was asked to let Stroll through so he could go attack Tsunoda.
Stroll was then asked to give it back to Alonso, and he didn't do so.
No fuss, daddy's team.

Even in weak seasons like 2014-2020, when they didn't have good enough engines, Red Bull would never drop back in development through the season. It's clear the Hamilton thing was a lie to Piastri, to shaft him.
You've shafted him jerks, now stick to it. Now why are you begging Norris to let him by? Of course he won't. McLaren is plain stupid.

I know Newey is not a driver, but, how does he get paid so much lesser?! A Newey car in 2010 helped a 5 million earning Vettel (I'm taking a guess at the salary here) beat a 30 million earning Alonso. A Newey car in 2023 helped a 10ish million earning Perez beat a 50 million earning Hamilton. A Newe...

For me & it’s only my opinion, El Chueco is the GOAT. He’s the only driver I was ever a fan of but I was quite young at the time. I actually saw him drive at Dundrod in 1955. He won 5 titles in 4 different makes of car. He has a win rate of 47% His pole % is over 55. He was already elderly by F1 st...

Re: So... who replaces Lewis at Mercedes?
I don't know why, but I feel this whole Red Bull fiasco is being triggered by Verstappen actually not having faith in Red Bull/Ford for 2026, and wanting to get out of there by hook or by crook, and go to a works team. And Mercedes might seem like the best bet during an engine regulations change.

Looking at the slowdown lap video, Tsunoda tried to hit or scare Ricciardo twice. First a locked up divebomb, then an almost sideswipe. I can guarantee he's not going to a top team. Entitled jerk who's in F1 just because of his nationality, just like Honda keeps one sad rider in MotoGP.
