Re: Red Bull is considering switching to Volkswagen in 2015?

Is it not more likely VW could manufacture engines under the Porsche brand what with their current R&D program at Le Mans, particularly if they do well this year? I know the engines are very different but if the development teams are already in place and working then it might be possible.

Re: F1 memorabilia - what do you own?

I have a Brawn GP sweatshirt that I bought at Silverstone '09. Bit of a collector's item these days for obvious reasons and not plastered with sponsor's logos which is unusual for F1 clothing. I've only worn it twice as I don't want to wear it out!! Also a Honda shortsleeved shirt from when Jenson a...

I wouldn't worry about it too much, it may happen in the next two races but it is very unlikely to become common place unless you've won both championships already - donuts put enormous stress on the gearbox so there is absolutely no way that the winners will do it after every race due to the limita...

Yup, definitely looking forward to it. Along with Turkey I think it's probably Tilke's best effort for track design down to the track width going into the prime overtaking corners. Hopefully with a year to bed in and finish the place off there should be a bit less dust than last year which was reall...

Great explanation Mr McSquinty, I'd been trying to find out exactly how Red Bull have been 'stretching the regulations' and how they are recreating some of last years exhaust blowing. If it turns out to be true I think Red Bull should be suitably embarrassed as no sane person could ever say that wha...

I think Sky can really feel the momentum now, they've found a balance with the presenters and the freebie weekend is probably the start of a "we've found our groove lets start chasing those that are on the fence looking over wondering what the fuss is about" campaign Even with Lazenby and Hill, its...

Only Silverstone '09 for me, was slightly disappointed the Brawns didn't have a great race after such an amazing start to the year but it was still a tremendous weekend.

I still get totally overexcited about the noise and atmosphere when people ask me what it's like to attend a Grand Prix weekend :]

Politeness is not a chore and just because someone is rich/talented/successful does not give them carte blanche to behave in an antisocial way. It's possible that Kimi was just having a bad day but if this is how he regularly treats people then he needs to grow up.
