The move in question.........

Excellent video, showing Verstappen had plenty of opportunity/space to overtake.

Nothing stopping him, other than his own choices.

When in that video could Verstappen have overtaken?

Re: 2021 Hungarian Grand Prix Free Practice & Qualifying Thread

Yea because it’s impossible to overtake a car going half speed… It is when that car is going fast enough where passes can be made. Yep. It's totally legal but spoils it for me and I guess others. Time they introduced a minimum speed limit for qualifying. There was a minimum speed Yes, but that stil...

Re: Hamilton getting boos from the crowd after hungarian gp pole.

I really don't like booing in F1. Vettel got booed on every podium in 2013 and it really grated on me. If Hamilton is getting booed here Belgium and Netherlands (if we go) are going to be unpleasant. Really not a fan personally. None of these guys deserve boo's. Let alone a great champion like Hamil...

1-0 to Hamilton on strategy you would think...
I think Red Bull have the best strategy for obtaining track position in the slower car. If the race was a time trial then Merc definitely have the better strategy.

It's very hard to overtake here though. Track position is key.

Partly delayed updates. But Checo isn't an absolute top driver - and it's showing now that maybe Albon and Gasly are every bit as good as Checo. I can't buy that. I think the car takes a particularly adaptable driver to master. Checo has had to adapt a lot over the years. I realise the RB has more ...

Just listening to the BBC chequered flag podcast. Andrew Benson says there’s one leading driver (unnamed) who thinks Verstappen will take Hamilton out if given the chance this weekend.
With Hamilton looking likely for pole, if Max can squeeze into P2 I think turn 1 could be very interesting.
