Re: Blank advertising space in F1
As i understand, in 2007, before the economic crash, race teams made agreements with various sponsor. Long term agreements. As of last year, these agreements ended and therfore the blank spaces on the cars. Also McLaren who's biggest sponsor - economically - for the past 5 or 6 years has been Vodafo...

To begin with, there is a rule stating that "Drivers must use the track at all times. For the avoidance of doubt the white lines defining the track edges are considered to be part of the track but the kerbs are not." Alonso is considered the worlds best driver, and nobody has ever won the Championship in their rookie season. Hamilton missed out by a single point.

funny how long it takes to prepare for one f1 race. If Monaco (3.340 km) - which is the shortest track on the calender - takes 6 weeks to "build"/prepare, I wonder how long it takes to prepare other f1 tracks such as Valencia (5.419 km)

I would say over the season they have been the best car on average, yet Mclaren usually end up screwing one of their drivers each race. Their "screw ups" were usually done doing their poor poor pit stops. Bahrain, Spain and Britian had seen better pit stops. Thank god they fixed it - judging from t...

First of all, its difficult to overtake at Hungaroring and even with DRS and KERS it is still difficult due to the fact that Hungarorring is pretty much Monaco GP alike.
