Re: Surely Alonso Must Now be #1 at McLaren?
I keep thinking back to Alonso cutting his team mate up into the pits and wonder if any agreement or instruction is relevant. Alonso is there to win. Win races and championships, and beat his team mate. IT is what he is being employed for. A quote in the link posted by O/p says it all, Alonso is as...

It doesn't bother me. If the government wanted half of my wages to waste on pointless wars, bailing out banks etc.. I'd tell them to take a hike.
I could do much better things with my money (If I had that kind of money) and I'm sure Lewis does some fantastic and worthwhile things with his money too.

Does anyone else find the f1 driver mimicking "for sure" as the start of a post as funny as I do? Anyway , I think bottas is definately all he is said to be which is a future world champion. Similar to hulkenberg, ricciardo and I believe grosjean given half a chance. Talent makes them capable of it ...

The 2nd best car and only 3 podium and best finish of 3rd when even Felipe got a 2nd place. Re: Bottas. Overrated?
I honestly think he's been really really good and if it wasn't for the Merc's almost total dominance he'd have been in the WDC hunt. Take the Merc's out and he'd have won four races but Ricciardo would have won six and taken the title quite comfortably 315 to Bottas 273. For sure.. but I think Ricc...

If Button is as good as some people think he is and age is not a problem etc. then why doesn't he have any F1 offers or options available to him? Free To Air This would actually solve a lot of the ratings problems. Bernie was always very definite about the necessity of FTA. In fact he said losing it would be a nightmare and wrote it into the Concorde Agreement... The teams were pretty adamant too. I'm not sure what they're hoping to achieve ...

From my understanding It's not merely a case of 'listen or else', but of the FIA's sensor being the primary method of determining fuel flow and the only one the FIA are willing to accept a reading from. Therefor it does not matter if RB's readings are 100% accurate and the FIA's are wrong, RB's rea...
