I think Rosberg can be the better driver but isn't consistent enough. On his great days he is almost unbeatable but he doesn't do it often enough. Hamilton is a better racer.

Since the turbo would need to work harder to stuff the same amount of air in at a high altitude would it not affect heat generated. Surely if it is working harder it will need more aggressive cooling. Oh and probably a bit of turbo lag too I would think.
