Re: Annoyances

On the topic of Facebook, why oh why do some people feel the need to take pictures of their food and inform the whole world.

Just eat it you cretin I couldn't give a flying toss what you're eating.

Re: Annoyances

Loose and lose.. I am sure the majority doesn't know the difference.. This one makes me cringe the most if I'm reading something and it's not even that uncommon! There's a chance it could be a typo for some offending sentences, but I'm sure there are a shocking number of people who think that the l...

Re: Official 2012 BRAZIL finale: practice, qualy & race thre

It feels like F1 is a two tier series these days. Oh it's always been that way with the cars of course but when you look at the penalties given out something isn't quite right. Today gave the perfect example of that. Vettel clearly drove into Senna - racing incident borderline penalty - which wreck...

Kimi, quite simply for the radio of the year.

Seb with a shout too but incredibly jammy at the same time in the race with everyone crashing out around him!

Re: Button, worst drive of the season?

I thought Spain was bad, but Monaco on Sunday was painful to watch. It's two on the trot for Jenson failing to make Q3 and what happened after that on Sunday wasn't great viewing. He's still a quality driver, He's been through tough periods throughout his career (that dog of a Honda in 2008 springs ...

Re: The Lewis Hamilton appreciation thread (official)

Over 30 laps on one set of tyres, I could barely believe it when his engineer informed him after his 2nd stop he was not going to stop any more. So close to Rosberg too at the end. I'm loving the Lewis I'm seeing, pretty much getting on with it without grumbling about his misfortunes even if no one ...

Re: UK- Don't forget to put the clocks forward Sunday am

This Happened to me on the weekend of the Indian GP when the clocks reverted to GMT.

I switched on to see 30+ laps expired with utter confusion for about a minute!

Re: Lewis Hamilton

Little bit of wheel spin at the start was unlucky with a mix of driver error, considering he probably misjudged his right foot by the odd cm. If he truly fluffed up the start he would have been mugged by Schumacher et al before he even got to the first corner, being level with Button to the first co...

Re: Vettel - a worthy champion

He made a gamble on his first pit stop. Out of the group of front runners he was the only one who had two stints on the option tyre before switching to his final prime stint. Turned out to be a good call as he pretty much made them last the distance and had the bonus of the extra pace when everyone ...

Re: Magic Button!!!!!

First corner, one pass. Never looked back.

Epic drive by Jenson especially at the end when it looked like Vettel might rope him in and then gives him a "nice try mate".

This could be the season that shuts up all those 2009 nay sayers about his "lucky" title.

Re: Official race thread for Australia

Lewis was a bit unlucky on both his pit stops also a bit of cheekiness from the RB pit crew to make his get away a little awkward just before the safety car. It's good to see that he's wiling to bank the points rather than take a dive which could end in a loss of places/DNF . I'm sure he'll be enco...
