Re: Which drivers won't we see full-time in F1 again?

I think Hulkenberg's opportunity has come and gone sadly. All the teams decided that there were better options available, and once that happens and you're past a certain age it's hard to see it not continuing to be the case in future years. I'd be looking at which seats are potentially vulnerable an...

Bernie Ecclestone. This environment where the famous marques get all the cash while the small, privately run teams are left fighting over scraps was his doing. Perhaps there are a few things that Frank and Claire could have done better, but ultimately the odds were always stacked against them for ha...

I don't know... Whatever is noted on his contract, I just hope he will not be considered as the "second" driver, which is a curse in any team and quite a punishment at RBR. That said, if he doesn't take too long to adapt to the car and if RBR listen to him and treat his side of the garage as Versta...

I'm not expecting Perez to really compete with Verstappen, the team has a clear number 1 / number 2 driver policy and I don't think Perez is quite at Verstappen's level anyway. Heidfeld, Kovalainen and Vergne are the standout names for me. I think Villeneuve was a midfield standard driver who had a good debut season in a dominant car. This sums it up nicely for me. I agree on Tsunoda, I think he's the driver with the most potential from this year's F2 field. It's not a new thing. I can remember Alex Wurz stepping into Gerhard Berger's Benetton seat and scoring a podium in 1997. And I'm sure there are examples further back than that. Good racing drivers can get into anything and find the limits right away. The examples cited of Badoer and Fisichella stru...
