I think the problem isn't that there are punctures but the delamination of the entire centre portion of the tyre even if punctured... I don't ever remember seeing this happen before this season. That's certainly what I was trying to draw attention to. So far it's happened to Hamilton, Massa and now...

It was bad enough on the podium, but these podium interviews are just horrible. One liners thrown to a driver who says thanks to his team etc etc and move on to the next one. I can see how it's good for those at the event, but it makes fairy cakes TV.

Lovely video. The camera is a bit higher up than the driver's eyes, but it is still great to see. (If it were as high as his eyes, we would be able to look into the mirrors at eye-level.)
