I read it somewhere that it was an accounts issue and he was suspended because of big differences in the catering finances. Looks like he was playing with the finances and Ferrari was not happy with that.

But if you think about it rationally over the course of an entire race, high-speed corners do more damage to the tyres as compared to Wheel Locking.
