ESPN commentators really suck, I missed NBC crew!

I never knew how good Will Buxton was at his job until ESPN took over this year! Martin Brundle is terrible! He's just missing something especially when he's walking up and down the grid interviewing people. Buxton is ruthless, he interrupts people to find people to interview, never a silent moment ...

I'm pretty sure it's always live. You just have to find which NBC channel it's on. Usually it's on NBS Sports.

After 40 years + of watching F1 (and never missing a race) I have finally admitted to myself that it is now so boring time has come to move on. The Senna/Prost years at McLaren were bad enough but the dominance of Mercedes the past few sessions, with no prospect of change, is too much for me – I mi...

Re: F1 manufacturers to hold engine rules summit

I would like to see all the engines benchmarked by the FIA in terms of horsepower. The manufacturer of the most powerful engine would only get say, 8 tokens, then other manufacturers would get more depending on how far down on power they were relative to the best - ie this year Ferrari would be giv...

Re: is it legal to design aero to intentionally disrupt air?

The more downforce you have, the "dirtier" the air behind you is. The best way to disrupt air is to create more downforce on your car. I read an article somewhere and it says you can design aero to have more downforce without disrupting air too much to allow overtakes. So your statement is not 100%...

is it legal to design aero to intentionally disrupt air?

If legal, why not design aero that has positive effect for the car but intensify negative effect for the car following you closely and trying to pass. Thus, makes it almost impossible to pass as the car is very unstable. I understand the current aero has similar effects, but I'm sure it can be more ...

Re: Hamilton's pit stop - luck or a forced hand?

Forced hand that turned out to be lucky. Of course Lewis would say it was the best decision of his career after it happened. Just prior to the stop Nico was catching him at 1-2 seconds per lap. If it didn't rain then and stayed dry Nico would have won the race. It no rain, Hamilton would not have b...

judging from the current and last seasons, I really don't think he's anywhere near the top level. If he was in Rosberg's seat, I don't see him being only 17 points down. 50+ points is more like it.

Its not like he is ever going to race realistically. Some very average drivers have been the test and reserve drivers for top F1 teams in past. This one actually has driven F1 race. I'm comparing it to say professional basketball, golf, soccer, american football, baseball just to name a few...
