I wonder would this go some way to explaining Nando's attitude to & apparent dislike of Seb especially under blue flag conditions.
It might also shine some light on Seb's 2014 season.

What are some opinions you have about F1 that the majority of this forum likely doesn't agree with? IMO, Max Verstappen is already the best driver on the grid. I reckon he would beat both Hamilton and Vettel in the same car. Wow! Great example lol. I am of the opinion that there is a massive chasm ...

Mercedes really blow Ferrari away on the long straights, I thought they were supposed to be roughly equal now in engine power? Very sad news, NIcky & now him in accidents unrelated to competition.
Similarly with Schuey, they all came through years of competing in some of the most dangerous sports only to be caught out by normal endeavours.
Tragic.

While watching the race I kept thinking of Boutson & Senna in 1990 & how Thierry held him at bay for the whole race.
I know Kimi didn't didn't have a serious go at Seb but I'm sure lewis was giving his all to pass Kimi.
I think it might have helped Kimi getting DRS a lot of the time behind Seb.

There is only one answer in a thread like this: Ayrton Senna, 1993 Donington Park. Even Senna didn't rate that win very highly, and everyone seems to overlook that. I suppose honourable mention must go to John Watson
He won the US GP at Detroit from 17th on the grid in 1982 & won the following year at Long Beach from 22nd on the grid.
I imagine that must have taken quite a bit of hustle.
