Re: So.... What's right with F1 ?
Broadcasting, midfield battles, safety, new tracks (some of them) and occasionally we do get a freak result which is enjoyable to see, like Perez getting a podium finish in Russia, Alonso getting that 5th place in Hungary, Grosjean's 3rd in Spa. F1 seems to be slowly, slowly moving towards social me...

Re: Ugliest Livery car to win the constructors world title?
Benetton 1994. wasn't 94 won by williams? Yes. Yes it was and the car was beautiful. The 1995 Benetton however was a weird mishmash of colour all season. Really? I loved that Benetton! To be honest of the constructor winning cars I can think of, almost all are gorgeous in my eyes, but last year's M...

Re: Is Rosberg 2014 Webber 2010?
This did cross my mind, but I think Nico's a different animal to Mark. Less temperamental, far more controlled. What worries me is if Nico starts questioning his positioning in the team, and begins to believe the team is favouring Lewis as the number one driver. Once he believes that the team are ba...

I'm just shocked. Vettel leaving Ferrari, Kvyat going to RB next year and (likely) Fernando back to McLaren. Unbelievable. No idea what to expect next year. Re: Was it a mistake for Ferrari to sign Kimi ?
The only way I see signing Kimi on as being a mistake is if Ferrari were challenging for the title and him and Alonso were tripping over each other. They need to make a better car, in one seat they have arguably the best driver in F1 right now, and it's clear from that that their car is nowhere. The...

Kimi for me. Two things have seriously disappointed me this season, the lack of competitiveness of the F14T and the anticlimax that Kimi vs Alonso has been. Really can't see him staying beyond this season at this rate, which is such a shame.

No, a warning was fine, yes he gained an advantage from cutting the chicane but it wasn't warranting of a penalty as it was pretty marginal. If he did it again, then yes a 5 second penalty would've been fair.

Re: WDC 2014, Rosberg or Hamilton
Very difficult to tell this season with how close the Mercs are. Because of the way the points are, wins are crucial, had we still had the pre-2010 points system, Nico would still be ahead by 2 points, which is quite noteworthy imo. Assuming the Mercs remain as strong as they are, I think it's all g...

Bad move : Fisichella - Force India to Ferrari mid season When he just had a taste of FI's first pole position, podium and points. Got to disagree, near the end of his career, driving for Ferrari is far more prestigious than a few more points to his name imo. I'm sure he knew that the Ferrari wasn'...
