I want to see the best drivers, in fast cars being able to push said cars, and tyres, to the limit to be first to the flag. Re: Hamilton Witch-hunt
I am a McLaren fan and this was a fair cop in my book. The car is REQUIRED to have at least a litre of fuel in it to enable a sample, by stopping it when they KNEW it would not means the team brought this on itself and can look nowhere else for blame. Any accusations of bias or conspiracies are just...

Re: Official 2012 Bahrain Grand Prix thread
I much prefer this kind of F1 (referring to tires) than the Bridgestone era, where often the cars would like up completely according to pace and the races were boring as hell. At least there are position changes now, and different skills from drivers at different stages shine. I still don't agree t...

I am going to go for Hamilton leading into the first corner after getting a good tow of Seb, Button to do the same to Webber so a Macca 1-2 at the end of lap one.
Really looking forward to this race though, think it has the ingredients for a cracker.

Force India team members were caught up in a firebomb incident as they returned from the Bahrain Grand Prix track on Wednesday. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/formula1/17767985 Does F1 need this? I think some people's judgment is clouded by their desire to watch a race! Isn't the issue the fact that ...

Anyone else watching Martin Brundle's gridwalk on Sky ??, he basically walked into Eddie Jordan but not a flicker of recognition from either. Bit sad really.
Preferring Sky's coverage overall. The weak point for both them and the BBC are the main presenters. Lazenby and Humphrey are rubbish.

Re: Vettel defends insults
A lot of F1 drivers are fairly genuine, Jenson Button and Mark Webber spring to mind. Others appear to be presenting a facade and sometimes that slips, Fernando Alonso and Sebastian Vettel spring to mind in that category. For a World Champion to behave like that is not right in my view. I am full of...

Why all the concern about Bahrain ?? I thought taking the McLaren guy who collected the Constructors trophy and pushing him up on the podium with himself, Jenson and Lewis was a sign of a class act. He was very gracious and that contrasted sharply with Lewis who seemed to be in a bit of a sulk.
