For me, it would have to come down to Nico Hulkenberg or Jenson Button for the Williams seat, but I certainly see a few roadblocks for both drivers. Pretty sure it was Christian Klien at Jaguar in 2004 for me - I'm born in late 1982, he's early 1983.

Fast forward to 2015 and only Kimi Raikkonen, Fernando Alonso, Jenson Button & Felipe Massa have more candles on their Birthday cakes.

Been watching it today on BluRay - only a single disc this year, approx 3.5 hours of footage and a bit light on the extra features, although this year it does appear to integrate the extras in with the main round-by-round review, so perhaps they're trying a different format.
