Re: Red Bull 2021 - who would you sign?

Voting Hulk, to fulfill the Bottas type role for the team. Will be consistently strong without taking points away from Max - the type of role that will consolidate team points.

Driving into a closed pit lane, it’s a straight forward safety issue. There may be a number of reasons for the drivers not being aware, but that’s the team and drivers responsibility.

Re: Would you swap Perez for Vettel?

I think this would be the easiest decision to make, of course I'd go with Vettel (Perez shows glimmers of greatness once or twice a season, but that's it - the remainder of the time just another Hulk). Vettel is a proven winner, and yeah he's had a couple of difficult seasons but in the right enviro...

Re: Sebastian Vettel to leave Ferrari at end of season

Ferrari may be a mess but if that is the case then Leclerc's 7th was a pretty good show. They have their redesign to come, which might improve their chances a bit. But you have to say that there is not a lot between Racing Point, Ferrari, Red Bull and the biggest surprise McLaren. Little has been s...

I would rather have seen him up against Ricciardo TBH. I wonder if Dan saw this coming... But wasn't it Dan moving to McLaren that opened up the opportunity for Alonso to Renault. Loving the possibility to see Alonso racing again, shame it won't be in a top notch car - so not sure what he'll be abl...

I think Max has the ability in bundles, but not sure about the mentality - however I'm loath to leave him out of the list. Leclerc is a talent, but don't see his ability being a match for Hamilton, Verstappen, and hopefully Russell . 2020 - Hamilton 2021 - Hamilton 2022 - Russell / Verstappen 2023 -...

Vettel has no real options, it’s now just a downward spiral. Just retire - 4 world championships, nothing more to prove and try and forget the last couple of years.

I'm not a Max fan, although it appears he seems to be acting lot more mature this year, however what is clear is peoples bias clouding their judgment - this was a fair pass.

Absolutely nothing wrong with that pass, Max took the line and remained full lock without losing control. It will be a sad day if that is considered penalty worthy.

Understanding more of the context of the crash, I feel Max is wholey to blame. During the overtake, Ocon got in front, and as the turn...

Watching this year I’d say it is Lewis’s to lose. It feels like he is dialling it in, but when he gets his head in the right space he’s far enough ahead of the rest (combination if driver and car) to win much any race. This has the feel of 2016 where Lewis gave it away.

The whole tyre regs in F1 has become rediculous.

Simply create two or three compounds and allow the teams to choose which they prefer, remove the manadatory rule to run on more than one compound and drop the nonsense of starting in the same tyre as Q2 fastest lap.
