Re: Grosjean - spatial awareness problem?

I spoke to some guys who worked with him in a simulator and they said that his peripheral vision is not as good as other drivers. Yeah right. You met "some guys" and they just told you that for no reason. Your choice in what you believe but yes I was doing work experience in a race simulator and we...

Hey all. Can't wait for the new season to get underway. I'm wondering if anyone knows how the teams go about testing the aero benefits of a coanda exhaust? As far as I know all the teams use scaled down wind tunnels to test the aero on new components, but obviously no team is building scaled down e...

Susie got 4 points. Hardly Normally when they only score in one race in a season it means exceptiona...

I can't help but agree with this.. You can say she was with a lower Merc team in DTM but the fact is that her teammates were scoring points/podiums while she could barely break the top 10 Except they didn't look at the 2012 results for starters. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2012_DTM_season Her team...

Just because she doesn't have a pair of actual *Definitely True* doesn't mean she's any worse than any other pay driver we have ever seen. No, of course not. Agree they they should wait till 2014, I have always wondered how much better Caterham and Virgin would have done had they come in for start of 2009 instead of 2010.

It would be nice to see a US team involved, especially if there will be 2 races there in 2014.

I haven't looked at 2013 spec much, but in tyres of generic tyre aero the shape of them has a very large effect on the wake they produce. I think the best way to think about it is, if you are 0.1sec slower through every corner than another driver you will end up around 1.6sec a lap slower.

F1 drivers are capable of taking the maximum through every corner almost every time despite changing fuel loads and tyre deg.

Coz it never rains there. Fact is that Canada this year was as boring as Valencia and so is any other track that stays dry during a race weekend. When did we last have a dry exciting race?
