Lets be fair here. Paul's a good driver, otherwise he wouldn't be in F1. However he's not a WDC driver, not by a long shot. Based on what exactly?

The only time he was up front he made mistakes, he could of turned out like another Perez, or not, we don't know, as remember how well Perez was praised for his performances.
