Re: Tail-happy 2014 cars?

Sigh ... unfortunately Honda Quick knows what he's talking about. For a few wonderful moments I dreamed and hoped for something different. But the reality is that by the times the teams and engine manufacturers get everything sorted out, we won't see intentional power slides. But what we will see a...

Can someone do a comparison between the air inlets and air exhausts? They seem to drastically change in size depending on the team, caterham have gone huge up front and tiny out the back whilst merc/red bull seem to even smaller front intakes than last year.

I don't get the thread title? Martin Brundle's Sky F1 commentary, talking about Mark Webber's line through the corner just before Sutil spun into him. Edit; And I know he shouldn't be calling the other drivers clowns, but to be honest everything behind Vettel felt like an absolute joke today. Haha ...

Re: safety car / fire truck Q

I believe the question is; why cant the fire marshall car be as fast as the merc sls? In askwer to that, the jeep is slower than the sls, but is able to drive around the paddock quicker because it'll be going along the back roads, and would also be able to drive through gravel traps/over ripple stri...

Alonso, if youre talking about a villain its the person who is the underdog, vying for the crown. With seb winning all the time its alonso, plotting his downfall. Next year if ferrari pull one out of the bag then itll be opposite. Seb would actually be quite a good villain methinks! While I'm not a ...

With DRS this question is almost not needed. As overtakers I'd say any of the top 4 would do, Webber too :-| unfortunately true, looking at old races w/o DRS made the slipstreaming stuff much more exciting. Spa for instance meant cars would be on the straight at 300+kph 'just sliding a piece of pap...

I dont think Ron dennis would be a good TP at all, his head is too large and he would block up the whole cistern. You need a TP who can be durable throughout the season, someone double ply or similar...with good roll-up properties. He's got vodaphone all over him too, I much prefer my TP with nice p...

You wouldnt be far off in terms of comparing indy and f1. There is the problem of rev limits though, with f1 being much higher. Still-very similar cars.
