Re: Monza 25: McLaren's position swap
I think McLaren could potentially be tying the noose with which they're going to hang themselves with. If we go back 2 races where, although Piastri was comfortably ahead of Norris all race, Norris, unintentionally, reaped the benefits an alternate pit strategy & although there was ample time to swa...

Re: 2025 Italian Grand Prix Race Thread
Norris is just not a smart driver. The only way you lose to Piastri is if he undercuts you, and then he had a slow stop. He had the choice of pitting first and willingly gave that up. Madness. If I were Piastri I wouldn't have given up that place True. The audacity of the team asking the driver to ...

Look on the bright side. Shorter races will allow us time to see more celebrity shots & interviews as well as allowing the teenage girls more time to make Tik Tok videos, because ya know, that's what F1 is all about.

I don't see people complaining about technical collusion. Not now, which surprises me. When Red Bull was dominant however... I repeat why would anyone think that, Red Bull had a dominant car, VCARB had a poor car, the only technical collusion I could think of was in 2020 with the pink Mercedes, Mer...

Just a slight tangent here.
Noticed Battle Far hasn't posted for a while (Late May) & we're all familiar with the health issues he was dealing with.
I sincerely hope he's doing ok & is just taking a short break.

While picking Bottas & Perez makes sense for Cadillac, I do have admit, on a personal level, I was very much enjoying not hearing or reading about "Checo" 100 times a weekend. Not the guy mind you, although i've never really be a fan of his, just the name.
Oh well, it was nice while it lasted.

If this is the price of keeping Verstappen then I’m not sure it’s a great move by Red bull to give Verstappen and his camp that much power. Piastri is a little unlucky today. Bone head of the day goes to Piastri. That dumb safety car move cost him the race. Considering what's on the line & the race position he was in, totally unnecessary, totally stupid.
