Re: Le Mans 2020

Very respectable 8th in class so far for the ladies team. Adding the #97 Aston to my list of teams to cheer for, having a hell of a dual with AF Corse. They could be genuinely competitive if they got Calderon out of that seat and put someone quicker in... Which is surprising as she had probably the...

Re: Le Mans 2020

I sure would like to see F1 race at LeMans. Who cares if it's only a 30-lap race? It would be a 23-lap race, actually... It would be interesting, but the Circuit de la Sart doesn't really make sense for F1. It's far too huge, and an F1 car would be flat for a frightening amount of the track. So I s...

Re: F1, Racism & BlackLivesMatter

You’re making ambiguous statements about what you assume people you’ve never met may have experienced, or not. If you say things like, "the overwhelming majority of white people... who are politically a long way right," that’s fairly open ended and open to interpretation. All I asked for was clarity...

I won't be holding my breath though! Well, mainly the bit where you said, "so many people who have never, ever bee...

No, I am sure he doesn't read this forum, but it's symbolic of the world we live in that so many people who have never ever been subject to racism seem so happy to tell those who have, how to deal with it. It’s beyond ignorant of you to assume that white people can’t be subject to racism. I’ve been...

Don't Renault own part of Lada? A Lada F1 team would get them more publicity than anything else in the world.

I’d love to see JPM get the win and complete the triple crown although more realistically I’d like to see the #7 Toyota finally do it.

Good luck to the #50 all women’s team too, hopefully they give a good account of themselves.

They bear all the hallmarks of fascism; mandatory gesturing, compulsory uniforms, persecution of a minority, suppression of the arts, an aggressive often violent persecution of their opponents, an obsession with martyrs and heroes. Maybe the standing restarts should be reserved for the first 10 laps, then people don’t get screwed over at the end of a race, like Russel was.

Then I would have to take each individual case by it’s own evidence, rather than simply looking at it as ‘cop kills black man/white man’. Fingers crossed for Noda, she seems to be the brightest female talent out there for quite some time. It’s a shame Floersch’ career seems to have plateaued at F3 level, I remember her being quite well regarded at a similar level.

I believe Spa had 15 cars written off in the first crash, with Mika, JV, Michael, Damon and Fisi being in front and Ralf and Tuero somehow avoiding contact in the pile up. Out of the 33 cars which arrived at Spa (including the T cars) only 8 left the circuit undamaged Somehow all three Jordans, the ...

Glad to see Vips get a podium. A decent showing for someone jumping into a car mid season. His year has been a washout in part it seems because Red Bull didn't want to spend too much money on him. So, what's you're answer to reduce racism (because I can't see it ever going) if it's not high profile people to campaign. You’re right in saying that it’s never going to go. We are just too primitive and flawed as a species for that ever to happen. You can however make steps to reduce it. To put i...
