I think the function of the stewards is to penalize flagrantly unsafe moves not honest mistakes as result of hard racing. What happened at #CanadaGp is not acceptable at this level of our great sport. @F1

Should F1 acknowledge the New Zealand tragedy this weekend?
I don't know if black armbands worn by the drivers or something else might be appropriate. It would seem extremely tone deaf if there was a full blown party at the Australian F1 race considering the tragedy in New Zealand today.

Re: Most mature drivers on current F1 grid?
Maturity is overrated. As long as you don't gherkin off your team you can be as bratty as you like. I never cared for yes-sir, no-sir types. Those people do not make a mark on the world- they serve others. I respectfully disagree with this. I considered Webber a mature driver, and he definitely was...

Of the current active F1 drivers, which would you say are the most mature? Not necessarily in age, but in the way they handle themselves and their circumstances.

My guess:
Alonso
Kimi
Vettel
Hamilton might make the list a little further down the season.

Re: Schumy's sportsmanship moments
In his second career a year or two back, one of the pitstop crew members didn't put on a wheel correctly and it came off Schumacher's car during the race. I remember Schumi saying he felt bad for the crew member and would give him a hug when he saw him.
Thought that was pretty classy.
