Re: Appropriate penalty for Max's actions?
The question should be "appropriate penalty for Ocon's actions?"
I can't get my head around the fact that people try to put any blame on Max and defend Ocon for this. He's got the victory stolen away from him. Ocon had no business whatsoever of going wheel to wheel with him.

Re: 2018 Brazilian Grand Prix Race Thread
With all these dramas lets not forget Stoffel Vandoorne finishing in front of Alo today. Alright Alonso had a terrible pitstop but you could say Stof managed his tires better in the first part of the race and overtook Alo on fresher tires. While Stoffel has Always been beaten by Alonso in qualy thi...

Re: 2018 Brazilian Grand Prix Race Thread
Ocon is the idiot of the year. It doesn't matter how much pace he had, he should have stayed out of Verstappens way. Verstappen drove a mega race today and had all the right to take his line like he did. Ocon should have given him the space. And then the drama because Max "pushed" him ? Come on . If...

Re: 2018 Azerbaijan Grand Prix Race Thread
It looks like McLaren are happy to sacrifice Vandoorne to favour Alonso. Why did they pit him when he was on Alonso's tail and being quicker at the time ? Vandoorne is very much a teamplayer but he would have finished higher with a decent strategy today. It's Vandoorne's call for fresh tires in the ...

The replay from the following car shows Stroll going straight on into Vettel. Maybe he was heading for the marbles on the outside, unaware Vettel was coming by.

Re: Alonso VS Massa
For 3 races now Alonso has used a different frontwing compared to Massa who's still using the older spec one. It was pretty obvious from the last race (compare Massa's qualy and racepace) that it didn't make the car better. They're still using it just all the same this weekend with the same results....

What's the big deal ? RB have their own Massa in the form of Webber or do people still believe he's getting equal treatment ?

Re: So now that the Ferrari is a good car Massa is looking g
This is for me a clear sign the Ferrari has become an easier car to drive. How much faster it has become remains to be seen. Massa often looked like he was trying to hard and therefore going even slower.

Re: Maldonado 2nd ramming incident in a year
It's pretty obvious that's what caused Perez' steering to fail. Just look at the replays. The left steering arm snaps and the wheel just points straight . A totally retarded move from MAL.

How can it not be Maldonado ? Seriously. That was awesome. Alonso and Hamilton both in second for me. Alonso was again fantastic in the now improved Ferrari and Hamilton showed his old self again. More or less proving that you can drive an agressive race on the Pirellis without "falling off the clif...

Hakkinen was special. His first race at McLaren in 93 he outqualified Senna. He's also a very nice person and always in for a joke. I remember getting an autograph from him in Spa in 92 and he stared at the empty paper for a few seconds with a real serious face (like really focused) before putting h...

The question is currenltly. I'd say yes. As a complete driver. LH or SV may beat him on pure single lap pace (occasionally) but overall I'd say there's nobody currently doing a better job on Sundays.
