Re: Anyone have any radical ideas to fix F1?

The solution is very simple but noone wants to implemend it; remove the front and rear wings, bolt on big donkey tyres and give us 2000 hp engines, and also, back to steel brakes

Re: 2018 Hungarian Grand Prix Race Thread

If it's a dry start tomorrow, Merc need to nail the start to lead into T1. They'll be fine, they've got Kimi as a buffer. Kimi's perfectly capable of a good start himself, and if Ferrari jump at least one Merc off the start, they could split strategies and push Merc's hand. A good chance of rain to...

Fair enough, he always tends to down play how far they are behind and always how far they are ahead. Verstappen and Ricciardo available at 14/1 to win, crazy odds. https://www.bet365.com/#/AC/B10/C20577433/D1/E36717337/F2/ Just put £50 on each and I'm not even a gambler. I will be massively dissapointed if Bottas will get the seat. He seems like a pretty quick and steady driver, but lacks the winner instinct of ALonso/Vettel/Hamilton. He will end up being a good number 2 driver and happy with that. Lets just hope Mercedes doesnt have a dominant car next year, if the...

I always questioned why all of the sudden all this focus on white lines? We have drivers going in excess of 200 mph out of some corners and then the stewards are watching the replay in slow-mo to try and figure out whether they went over or not. Let drivers go as wide as they want (except a few corn...

I think the reason why Vettel can't officially announce where heis staying is because maybe Ferrari is trying to replace Raikkonen as well?

Insted of making it dobule points, lets say the championship leader leads by 110 points coming into the last race, why then not make it 111 points for the win? So the points for a win the last race would always be exactly what second place in the championship needs to win...then it will never be ove...

That's not taking into account his plague of bad luck but generally yes, Webber has not got the maximum out of that car or mounted really much of a challenge to Vettel except at Suzuka. Today Seb was well clear while MW was too close for comfort to Rosberg in an inferior Mercedes. Mark's a good dri...

This season has been a snorefest, even to Vettel fans. There is 1 man in on the grid that can make the races a little bit exciting, that would be the man sitting in the same machinery.
