Re: If Senna had lived..
Yes the 1993 head to head is quite a ridiculous statistic, it just shows how such things can be manipulated in order to push through a point of view Head to head is the only reasonable statistic to compare drivers on an objective level. I'll work an example through: http://i.imgur.com/nFcIy9g.jpg I...

Re: If Senna had lived..
Disagree when they where teammates and both finished Ayrton pretty much always beat Prost plus a strong likely that if he live he would also have more title than Prost. If anything it would make Ayrton look even stronger IMO.AngusWolfe wrote:Controversial opinion time: Prost would be seen as the better driver.

If Senna had lived..
With a few threads discuss Michael it got me thinking. If Ayrton had live how much you think this would affect Michael's number of title and career statistics? and also Ferrari too as lot of talk Ayrton would finish he career there. Personally I think it safe to say Michael would lose his pole record...

Exiles aren't bad they are sensible. Taxation is bad Joking right? No. Taxation is hideous. Money extorted from you by the state to repay debt, interest and fight wars. It isn't for the greater good. There have been plenty of tax exiles over the years, Actors, Musicians, Sportsmen and fairplay to them I say. We are taxed to death in this country I don't blame anyone for opting out. BBC did list of greatest driver of all time that many not agree with,no right or wrong just opinions and a bit of fun.

Even in the first day of testing, i realized he will get this prestigious award this year. Lets be honest now, it wasn't an easy task to be World Champion against Rosberg, racing with a W05. Should of back it then if you knew and you would be celebrating a nice pay out now. http://media1.giphy.com/...

Um, as good as he is, he only had to beat one driver, Mcilroy beat the world and Pavey showed the world that age is no barrier. The Sports Personality isn't a measure of that though. Mansell won in 1986 and Hill won in 1994 and they did not win those years. Just because winning the championship was...

I remember the laughable excuse he gave about privacy, as if you're going to get any more in Monaco. Brits are a little strange and, to me, it never seemed like they really embraced Lewis. A lot of times there is this idea that some Brits are "more British" than others. Some Brits are not "really British". Sometimes this seems like it's racially motivated but sometimes it really just seems to be a...

I'd assumed Merc would have preferred Rosberg to win rather than Hamilton this year. I had assumed Stuttgart might see Hamilton as an unnecessary expense (they didn't ultim...

I was surprised by Massa over Button considering how many bone-headed mistakes Massa made. I would also have put Button over Bottas, Vettel and Bianchi too at no.5 and moved Rosberg up to no.4 as the latter really stepped up his game from 2013 to give Hamilton plenty of trouble. Massa's mistakes ma...

You get the feeling the team principals don't really get to into this. More like they just take some general observations and vote. After all every year they have done it, it seems vastly down to the car rather than the drivers. For example look at Massa's rating in 2008. Hopefully team principals ...
