Re: Team Radio Ban - Are We Missing the Point?
Suggestion: Only allow a radio message for fixing a non safety related issue while the car is driving in the pitlane. That way the team and driver have a choice whether to let the driver try to figure it out, or if it is serious enough, tell him to drive through the pits for instructions on how to r...

Re: Nico has accepted 2nd already against Hamilton...
I firmly believe that Hamilton is a faster qualifier than Nico, it's just that Hamilton made a number of errors on his Q3 lap when often his Q2 lap may have got him pole. In 2014, Rosberg was just outright faster than Hamilton on Saturday, in many qualifying sessions like Bahrain, Belgium, Japan, U...

If Vettel ended up teamed with Hamilton at Ferrari, I don't think I would ever come to these forums again x( It would be magnificent  Seriously though that's a pairing I hope we get to see at some point. I'm not convinced it would be all that exciting tbh. I think LH would win comfortably over...

Re: Hamilton has now beaten Rosberg in 8 of the last 10 race
Nico's strength is his quali pace so if LH is out pacing him consistently on Saturday's then he hasn't a hope and he knows it. Over a season he would fall in between KR and SV but that greater potential for robbing SV of points wouldn't suit Ferrari. Personally I'd love to see him at Williams as I d...

First signs of something much bigger to come. Rosberg is showing signs of unraveling. He is in the game long enough to know how stupid he sounded and yet couldn't stop himself. Major fireworks on and off track in Mercedes are inevitable this season.

What impact will this year have had on the drivers?
Will Lewis iron out the chinks in quali to begin beating Rosberg (consistently) on Saturdays? Will Rosberg become more aggressive on Sundays perhaps with a degree of desperation? Will Kimi find some mojo without having to live in the shadow of the great Spaniard? Will Kvyat be the next great thing o...

The undeniable truth is that Rosberg has done a good job to be this close in the title race as he proved in Brazil. LH is quicker in the races for the most part and certainly deserves it more, but it isn't as if the title would be going to Vettel.. now that would be shakespearean tragedy... That sai...

Damon Hill 99 Jordan
Obviously not the worst driver but worth an honorable mention as the man totally lost his bottle (and motivation) in that final year. HHF was in with a shout of the title in that car that year while Hill tallied 7 points albeit with a lot of retirements.

His interview on the BBC post quali was a little odd. He was very downbeat and speaking about mistakes. DC and EJ found it strange also. He was talking like a guy whose dog had just been put down. the FIA should drop the interviews , they are not a good idea , and often a bit rubbish I agree, but every so often they're really good. Eddie Jordan in Spa was spectacular. There is another point ... The turn he made to go into the run-off appears to be tighter than the turn he apparently couldn't make to go around the corner ... What they 'could' do if they think it is questionable is give him a penalty for not making enough of an effort to get the car as well out of the way as possible (ie he reversed), that way they hedge their bets each way. If it was deliberate then he is punished anyway, if he was innocent it leaves a ...
