The FIA World Council meets the week after the Abu Dhabi GP and there should be a confirmed calendar then or perhaps no update which would mean no changes so i would wait for that personally

They're only opening the area from Abbey to Copse for now and the Abbey and Woodcote grandstands. Though they've said they'll open more if ticket sales increase
