Re: Who ruined Williams?

One person that doesn't crop up more than I thought is Sam Michael. Looking at his history, he seems to go to F1 teams & they get a lot worse. I happen to bump into a designer that worked on the 2010 Williams car & he said that Michaels had no clue on how to run things & treated all the other desig...

It’s like asking how a Golfer can go to the US Open for the first time and get a Birdie. They’re the best of the best, and it’s their job to drive fast.

I think in the case of Hulk and Aitken, it’s what happens when you replace a pay driver with a driver who has talent

So a race in his first season after what was deemed by the FIA an erratic drive behind the SC by Hamilton, not the fact a rookie was running in 3rd after being thrust in midway through the season ok then! Regardless, you can’t say that wasn’t a silly mistake he made. At any rate, you seem to be foc...

Bit of crazy speculation here - More to see what you PF1ers think. Once Hamilton owns all the records, do you see him as the kind of driver who would take on the challenge of moving to Aston Martin? I don't think Stewart has a valid point, and I'm not sure he particularly likes Hamilton. I’ve been predicting for a few years now that FE and F1 will eventually merge and form 1 series, carry over the history of both sports up until the merger.

Each series has something the other needs. I still stand by this prediction, and think this has become the next piece to fall into the puzzle
