I would say the essential difference is quite clear and significant; whatever there was to know in order to protest and appeal in 2021, was known on the day of the assumed wrong itself. Apart from what we don't know. Do please explain. I think it is this "we know what we know and we don't know what...

I concure with most on here who have said Vettel after Baku 2017 And Verstappen after Saudi 2021. I also would like to add in gasly for after suzuka 2022. His actions during the safety car period were such that he put other lives at risk by doing 230+ kph during a neutralised race period in which re...

Here is my take Why has it gone to the fia now. Its nothing to do with them. This is not a sporting matter. Its a workplace matter and has been dealt with by red bull racing internally. Massa has already been excommunicated from the paddock and f1 community. He will never be allowed back in a fia sanctioned paddock again. Now. Irrespective of result of the case. Liberty and the fia will no doubt retaliate. If you were them. What would you do? For me. I see the fia and liberty being...

I have just shown, that once you understand the SC rule as a procedure, and now you try to claim it is not a procedure. It is a contradiction of course. I think you "don't see" it because you dont want to admit it. The stewards made up a rule out of thin air that 48.13 overrides 48.12, this wouldnt...

Because of the outcome, you write that "every advantage Hamilton had has been removed and turned into a 100% losing position". That is incorrect, and not because I say so, but because Hamilton's race engineer said so. That did not make for an easy job for Hamilton, but he still had the same two adv...

It was always Hamilton's fault? Think Fiki meant to say "he", not "now". I can't see how AD'21 was Lewis' fault, except for him not defending the inside at the corner he got overtaken on. I suspect he was caught napping there by Verstappen; and good for Verstappen, as I remain convinced Lewis would...

Yes, agreed, it probably played part. The worst thing about Massa's case is that it doesn't matter now either way. After the results are sealed, that's it. There's no way to be changed, the FIA was careful and prudent to have this in the regs, saves them a lot of trouble if you think about it. Care...

My opinion is simple: IF the race had to be annulled, it should have been annulled. Why you think that was never going to happen doesn't concern me, but that you think so indicates you like the FIA to do as it pleases. In 2023 the matter should have been clarified, either by the FIA or in court. Th...

Again. There are no rules in any f1 rulebook for an annulment of any FIA sanctioned race. The results of the season are sealed. Nothing can be touched after the fia prize giving ceremony. Again, it is in the rules. It's the same rules the drivers sign upto when receiving there super licence. They ad...

The problem is the random law enforcement who kicked them out of the circuit.

I think there maybe a few problems with the pit entrance. It looks like it is on the racing line and the closing speeds and lines may lead to a crash.
I like the last corner. I like the last 2 corners to be fair. It's going to maybe lead to some slip streaming upto the line.

You would think they got rid of the plank when they decided to go with ground effect again.
I don't think we've seen a plank wear disqualification since Michael schumacher in Belgium 1994.
