Re: Was Ferrari wrong to let Arrivabene go?
If I was Ferrari I would try and hire Livio Suppo. Great team manager. https://www.autosport.com/motogp/news/1 ... togp-squad

Re: How many Grands Prix have you attended?
Seven. '02 Malayasia '10 Hungary '12 Bahrain '14 & '16 Singapore '14 & '15 Abu Dhabi Not very many considering I first started watching F1 IN '87/'88. Despite being British never been to F1 at Silverstone, as always looked a nightmare logistically etc; though seen plenty BSB/WSB/MotoGP there. Lived ...

Re: If you could own one F1 car, which one would it be?
I think something from the 70s. A ferrari 312T2/T3 would be my absolute favourite. Love the Ferrari 640/641 too, but maybe starting to get a bit too complicated with the gearbox etc.

Re: Should Mercedes setup a B team?
No,no 1000 times no. I've always been against the TR/RB collaboration. I'm against the Ferrari/Sauber collaboration & i'll be against a Merc/B team collaboration. It'll just be another nail in the coffin of the sport. A few things are really starting to irritate about these types of discussions. 1....

Re: Driver's careers ended/damaged by other, better drivers
I've read a few times that Mansell badly damaged Piquet Snr's reputation in 86-87, but Piquet did take the '87 title so I'm not sure if that counts in this context really. Apparently Piquet was slower post a '87 San Marino crash, but that was a little before my time.

1990: I had to accept Mansell wasn't as good as Prost.

Re: Reverse tracks
I know this isn't an F1 circuit, but Misano's direction was reversed to run clockwise in 2006 to make it safer. With revised kerbing, run offs and gravel traps of course.
