VDG had to sue Sauber he has a personal debt of over 24m € and sponsers that have given him money.
I don't think the main reason for him to sue is to race, he wants money, but now that he won, his Father in Law is pushing him to go even further because he wants to take over Sauber for a cheap price.

What if one of the teams find out that they can't compete properly in the race, are they alloud to change things to the car and use the race as a test session?
