Re: Rightio. Who's it gunna be??
If its not Wehrlein i'll be shocked. Everyone is tied up with a contract, its not a quick phone call to get people out of a contract and its so late in the year. They were quick to get Pascal into that tyre test earlier in the week and they've been left in the lurch, the sensible thing would be to g...

Re: Austrian GP Qualifying and Race Thread
Nico with a brake problem obviously explains his going deep/straight on. I don't quite agree with that. It seemed like he braked just about as well as Hamilton. He had slowed his car down enough to turn in earlier but didn't. This is pretty clear-cut to me. He tried to prevent Hamilton from turning...

Re: Austrian GP Qualifying and Race Thread
Rosberg should have to sit out a race or two. It is pathetic he is allowed to believe because he has the inside line, he can "dictate" whatever he wants. No, Rosberg, driving dirty like Schumacher does go without consequences. Is it really so diabolical? I guess I should watch it again. I agree tha...

Re: Austrian GP Qualifying and Race Thread
Im sorry but how anyone can defend Nico is beyond me. The first case was he didnt even turn into the turn surely that damning enough, thats borderline intentional wrecking and Merceds know it thats why they are playing the "we had a problem with the brakes" card. Second he gave absolutely no room fo...

I think a shorter time maybe 45 mins and a special tyre that will last when pushed, would promote Pirelli in a better light as well and its what the drivers want so win win

Mercedes and F1 in general need to remember that if it wasnt for fans at home and fans travelling around the world they would not be where they are racing in the capacity they do. When Merc start fighting other teams for victories, I foresee them dropping points left, right and center. Their strategy team is shocking. The car's monstrous pace advantage masks it. Re: The Hat throw of frustration or bad sportsmanship!
Wait until Nico sees Toto smiling when Nico went off and let Hamilton through... Toto's smirk and Lauda's grin - it was as if they'd placed a joint bet on Rosberg screwing up when the win was on. This brief glance of Toto and Lauda letting down their guard was quite enlightening, I felt. As for the...

Rossi didn't leave Honda because the bike was bad, he left because it was believed that any good rider could win on the Honda bike and that irked him somewhat so he left to prove a point which he did, back then Honda was very much the dominant bike. Yeah, exactly. In the last 20 years of MotoGP, 12...
