Re: Possibility of a Vettel to Toro Rosso Switch?
Full disclosure, I'm not a fan of Vettel (never have been, probably never will), and as correctly pointed out by mds I'm in fact a Button fan. I have no desire to have the snooze fest which is Vettel's dominance continue. I just thought that if Toro Rosso were indeed quicker for the moment, they'd g...

Possibility of a Vettel to Toro Rosso Switch?
There are some people who think that Toro Rosso may be the quicker team in comparison to Red Bull. The sentiment was echoed in Ted Kravitz' winter testing round up. If the Toro Rosso is indeed much faster, would they place Vettel in one of those seats in order to keep his WDC hopes alive? They can o...

Where would Kubica be now if he never got into his accident?
In your expert opinion, what would have he achieved? Would he have been a World Champion?
Was just wondering after reading this article which said that he'd almost certainly never return to F1.

Re: Michael Schumacher in a McLaren!
Thanks for all the replies! How exactly does a helmet get damaged in a way that it mists? Aren't there just vents that circulate outside air?
I admit that the title was a little bit cheeky.

Re: Button to Red Bull?
Here we go again with Vettel wiping the floor with Button. Probably the same people who said that Hamilton would crush Button and we know how that turned out. I want him to move to Red Bull just to prove everyone wrong. I'm not saying he would beat Vettel but it would be competitive.

I'm from the Philippines and this young Filipino-Swiss guy has been getting quite a bit of airtime over here. He's arguably the first Filipino to get an F1 test in modern machinery and is part of the Lotus F1 Junior Team. Short video of his Paul Ricard test. I believe it's the 2011 car. http://www.s...

Re: Is a Driver's Nationality Important to You?
It would matter to me if a driver of my nationality would step up to F1 as he would be the first. There are many countries with more than their fair share of drivers and many countries are either under represented or not represented at all. With regards to drivers of other nationalities, it doesn't ...

If it's really a money thing, we'll probably see either Petrov or Senna as they need an experienced driver with Chilton in the other seat.

Re: de la Rosa signs for Ferrari?
I concede that for development purposes de la Rosa is a good bet. My reaction was a little rash since I thought of all the drivers who are losing their seats this year, would have loved to see someone else get the opportunity. With Gene in the team already, I expected a new face, someone who at leas...

Is anyone on here a fan, but doesn't have a driver or team representing their country? What if you claimed the fastest time with no infringements but decided to start from the pitlane to change tires or some other strategic reason? Does this mean he didn't claim pole? I don't think so.
