AFAIK, the only driver to take part in a F1 World Championship race with number 13 was Mexican Moisés Solana, with a BRM, at his home Grand Prix in 1963. It seems kinda strange, we are in the 21th century and still some superstitions hold... "some"? F1 drivers are known to be pretty superstitious. Alonso sings before a race, Massa has to have sex on the night before, Webber always gets in and out of the car on the left side, Coulthard wore the same ...

I was just wondering, seeing the entry list for this season, what if di Resta and Force India would like to have #13 on their first car instead of #14. Would the FIA permit it? It seems kinda strange, we are in the 21th century and still some superstitions hold...

One of the best qualifiers ever. I remember the race in Spain 2001 when his car broke down with just one lap to go. I was devastated. That was so sad to watch... I was thinking hey maybe he can make it to the finish line but unfortunately he had to pull over. If i remember right he was about 30 sec...

The pre 2003 system was the 10-6-4-3-2-1. With this system Vettel has 91 points and Alonso 86.

Old system was 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 not 10-8-6-4-2-1. I think Vettel still takes the WDC with the old system by the way.

I reckon Vettel will at least beat the pole position record that Schumacher currently holds. He already has 36 poles and the road to 68 doesn't seem long.

Lucky for RBR, the constructors is nearly sealed. If the constructors trophy depended on Webber's points in this scenario, they probably wouldn't do it. I'm not so sure. Great show indeed. Big fan here too. But i would disagree with you. Cuoco is great in her role and quite a pretty girl, but i think Sheldon is the big bonus in the show. It wouldn't be that succesful without him.

I always thought he was massively overated. He had his moments undoubtly (especially in 2004 and i can't deny qualifying was his speciality) but i never understood the hype about him. I have in much higher esteem Fisichella.
