Contrast where they were in Singapore 2009 and now with sponsors, not a fan of the team but fair play to them and their commercial department. Sauber, Williams, Force India all stuggle to get sponsors.

With simulators etc drivers are much better prepared with circuits, in the past they only drove circuits like Hungaroring during the GP weekend now they can do countless laps on simulator.

Also cars have much more grip/downforce and less power.

As terms of a race, 2012 hands down, action all the way down the field. The majority of races in 2007-09 were pretty boring to be honest 07, 08 had decent off track drama and title race. Brazil 2008 was pretty average bar the opening and ending.
