Re: Are The Red Bulls Seriously In Trouble?
They've lost ground relative to the field this season. That much is clear. It seems that the banning of the EBD has hurt them more than anyone else. No one could seem to figure out how they managed to have such a huge edge in qualifying even at times when other teams were quite close to them in the ...

Dude, plenty of teams got through Q1 on primes. The Maccas, Mercs and Red Bulls all used primes in that session. Grosjean was on options though but he probably didn't have to be.

Re: The official Ferrari WILL come good thread.
Ferrari are not going to win titles this season. The best they can hope for is to improve the car and perhaps be able to win a race before the season is over like they did back in 2009. The bigger issue is that they had the second best car in 2010, the third best car last year and they are now proba...

The prime of Massa's career was 2007-2009. Before that he was erratic and after that he has been passive and slow.

Re: How many pole positions for Hamilton in 2012 poll
I don't think Hamilton will set as many poles as Vettel did last season. That Red Bull was a qualifying genius in 2010 and 2011. The car won 32 pole positions over the 37 races in those two years. If you recall, they always seemed to pull out an extra half of a second in Q3 and no one ever figured ...

Re: Caterham still not that much progress
They have to do like Vijay Mallya did in force india, fire Mike Gascoyne and hire some real engineers Well their struggles certainly illuminate the difficulty in bringing a back-marker team up to a respectable midfield position. I think the teams who have successfully done this have generally done ...

Re: Order of Teams from Qualy
The only thing I can say for certain is that McLaren look like they're the fastest. Red Bull had a KERS failure on Webber's car. It's hard to tell how far up the grid he could have been without that issue. Vettel said he messed up his Q3 lap so he could have done a better time too. Between Mercedes ...

Hakk, just be happy that Kimi looks like he'll have a car that's capable of getting to the podium this year. I bet you didn't expect that. Eventually Kimi will get his act together and I believe that he can earn some good results. As for the idea that Alonso would leave Ferrari for Lotus; rubbish. ...

Even so lets say he's lost 2-3 tenths, often Rosberg was beating him by more and Schumacher never had a team mate challenge him like Rosberg. You also have to take into account how fit Schumacher is, he's still one of the fittest guys in the field so the age excuse does get tiring just to down play...

Lets not go overboard as do remember it's about the whole season not one race. Good. No more special treatment for these guys. THis is their third year of existence and they still can't show up to the first race with their act together.
I think small teams can be the life-blood of F1 but not when they are as clueless and poorly managed as these guys.

Good Point. Kimi should have made the cut. It's not the end of the world though. He's been out for two years. It will take a couple of races for him to get up to speed.
