Re: questions you want answered thread.

I have a question. Why can't people observe correct usage in thread titles? For example: capitalising the first letter, or resisting the temptation to employ the redundunt full stop. I don't expect people to be spot-on with their grammar and punctuation throughout all their posts, but thread titles ...

F1 in Indonesia?

Hello everybody!

My stepsister would like to know if Formula 1 is available on terrestrial and/or free-to-view television in Indonesia, or whether it only exists behind a pay wall. I simply don't know the answer to this, and so pose the question here. Can anybody help?

Many thanks,

I simply can't justify a subscription to Sky when my little sister in Jakarta, Indonesia, earns less in a month than it would cost me for the privilege of watching a live F1 race every few weeks. Instead, I shall continue to subsidise her meagre income and make do with the BBC's limited coverage of ...

It is no black art, when the lap times start to drop slightly you need new tires.. It really is that simple! So simple it's beyond the wit of F1's best and brightest. Also was there really need for the DC comment? Don't like the guy? Why listen to him and take his opinion on board?! A tongue-in-che...

And there were we thinking the novelty would wear off after a few races! 22 grands prix of Pirelli demonstrating to all the world its particular knack for manufacturing tyres which fall apart, and still they shape events like nothing else in contemporary F1. The Italian company's boom-and-bust appro...

Oh great. The first page now boasts a proper noun whose plural case employs an apostrophe where an apostophe shouldn't go, and a proper noun whose possessive case omits an apostrophe where an apostrophe is required - the latter offense repeated, I assume for emphasis.

A very pretty picture with lots of lovely colours, but is it too much to ask for a list of average fastest lap times, by driver, from quickest to slowest?

Not that I don't appreciate pretty pictures with lots of lovely colours, but there's Jackson Pollock for that.
